Scholarships
Les Azuriales Opera has a number of scholarships available ranging from £1,000 up to £5,000. These are usually only available to our alumni i.e. singers have taken part in one of our Young Artists Programmes. We will, however, entertain applications form others who meet the criteria below.
The criteria for awarding these are as follows:

You must be have the potential to become an outstanding singer.

The scholarship must be used to help you take a significant step towards achieving that potential.

You must be prepared to attend an audition and interview and give references.

Each scholarship is sponsored by an individual donor or group of donors, who must approve the award, and you must be willing to meet the donor(s). .

You must be willing to perform for Les Azuriales and our donors – at a mutually suitable time and place.
Bursaries
Les Azuriales Opera has a number of bursaries available of up to £1,000 to assist artists in a number of ways including:

covering the costs of travel to an audition;

coaching sessions to prepare for a role;

buy some essential equipment/music.
The criteria for awarding these are as follows:

These are usually only available to alumni of the Les Azuriales Young Artists Programme, but again we will entertain applications form others who meet the other criteria below.

They must be used for the purposes of advancing the singer's career.

You must be willing to perform for Les Azuriales and our donors – at a mutually suitable time and place and for an appropriate fee.
